Hello there folks. I’m doing a little housekeeping around the ol’ blog. You know, tidying up the sidebars, adding a few links, maybe changing the banner. So if you stop by sometime in the next few days and things look a little funny, know that they will soon be back in order, and then once again all will be right with the world.

Today I added a link to my tumblr. It’s something I’ve been meaning to share with you for quite some time. Essentially it’s just a storehouse for things I find on blogs, websites, etc. that I find interesting or inspiring. I rarely add any words. Sometimes things from tumblr find their way over here and become full-fledged blog posts. But most often they’re just there to remind me of something I saw and wanted to remember. Feel free to browse around. 🙂

I’ve mentioned before that J and I love the Everyday Food cookbook. We’ve tried a majority of the recipes and have been very happy with nearly all of them. Lately, however, we’ve gotten a little bored with some of our regulars, and because of that I’ve been searching for a new source of delicious food. Not that I’m short on cookbooks. I have a whole shelf of them, but none have been as dependable a source for easy, yummy recipes as this one has been.

So you can imagine my delight when I stumbled upon this:

A new Everyday Food cookbook! Yay! It comes out later this month, and I can’t wait to pick one up. I’ll let you all know after I’ve tried it out, and we’ll see if it’s as good as the first one.

Do you have a go-to cookbook? What’s your favorite source for delicious recipes?
